If i am makeing a cake and use flour, sugar, and eggs, why does the cake have differnet properties than each of the ingredients? 1/12

The cake has different properites of ingredients because,
 when you are aakeing a cake it has to taste good. when putting in flour,
 flour is what makes your cake reakky bake.
 The eggs help make it taste good with the flour to make it soft.
